Who's Behind HMS

Meet the founder

Adriana Pariz founded Harbor Management Systems to give business owners in the Hamptons a better way to manage the moving pieces of their business. Business owners are often so focused on serving their clients that the operational side of the business gets pushed to the margins. She built the Pariz Project Management Portal, a custom system designed specifically for her family's property management company. The feedback was tremendous. Instead of juggling spreadsheets, contact cards, management apps, post-it notes, and billing software, everything was in one place — for the team and for the clients.

What started as a solution for one business became the foundation for Harbor Management Systems.

With more than twenty years of experience building and managing websites, applications, SEO strategies, CRM systems, and day-to-day business operations, Adriana now helps service businesses create systems that fit the way they actually work.
